Meet Dubard McGriff
Award-Winning Advocate | Influential Leader
Native of Wilmington, DE, Dubard McGriff Jr. earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Human Services from Springfield College. With the venture of DUEN, he utilizes lived experience, strategic planning and stakeholder engagement skills. DUEN was instrumental in True Access Capital's $2.4 million investment on N Market Street commercial corridor, Delaware Workforce Development Board’s Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Report, and was hand selected to help implement JP Morgan Chase's Equitable Hiring Initiative. In 2019, Dubard was awarded the Stand Up For What’s Right and Just (SURJ) award from Delaware Center for Justice and in 2021 named one of Delaware's Most Influential People by the Wilmington News Journal.
