Meet Dubard McGriff

Award-Winning Advocate | Influential Leader

Native of Wilmington, DE, Dubard McGriff earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Human Services from Springfield College. In 2019, Dubard was awarded the Stand Up For What’s Right and Just (SURJ) award from Delaware Center for Justice. In 2021, Mr. McGriff was named one of Delaware's Most Influential People by the Wilmington News Journal. He established Game Changers in 2019, a Career Pathways organization. With the venture of Dubard Enterprise, he utilizes skill sets in strategic planning, outreach, community awareness, and collective impact.
